IMost of the time we get paid directly since we’re dealing directly with your debtors. However, there are times debtors ONLY will pay when it goes directly to who they owe (you). Yes, we are fine with this option. Just send us our percent after the funds have landed safely in your account.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

PRocess Questions:

what’s your collections process?

We do NOT sit around sending letters and making phone calls. When your debtor is uncooperative - with your permission - we send in-person collectors to their worksite or office immediately so you can get paid ASAP.

Combine this with our AI, technology systems, veteran experience, and “keep going until we win” mentality —- this why our success rate is 4-5X higher than anyone else. Further, whenever possible we are helping filing liens, UCC’s and utilizing any tool possible to get you paid. We leave no stone unturned.

What’s your process to send accounts?

  1. email the paperwork (unpaid invoices, client contracts, POs, work orders etc.).

*Yes you can email it directly, or email access to a cloud folder (google drive, dropbox etc.)

    or

  2. upload directly into a secure, encrypted portal

    Your choice, whatever is easiest.

What’s your onboarding process?

Simple:

  1. authorize us (e-sign our one-page authorization form)

  2. email us your unpaid invoices and other supporting paperwork (contracts, POs, work orders etc.)

  3. tell us your preferences: who at your company gets updates, how often, so you get a personalized experience that works with your existing system and team

What’s the process to stop working with you?

You simply never send us any more unpaid accounts. That’s it.

We finish working the accounts you’ve already placed with our team…you keep getting updates until the last one has completed its course, and we’re done.

No contracts to rip up — just stop sending us your business and never talk to us again.

What’s the process when you close my accounts?

You are notified in your email updates which of your accounts are active (no action required, because we’re still working on it), and which ones are closed (collections process is completed). At that point, you can write them off, send to your attorney, keep chasing them yourself, sue them… up to you.

What’s your ongoing process?

  • when you want us to get you paid, simply email us the unpaid invoices (this can be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly…up to you)

  • you can expect personalized email updates once or twice a month so you always know where you stand

  • when you have over 10 accounts in collections, you can login 24/7 to your online portal and see everything in real-time

  • you can email, call, text and schedule meetings directly with our Head of Collections

What’s your process for how long you work my accounts?

It can be as little as 30 days and as long as 6+ months. If you account is uncollectible (your debtor is bankrupt, dead, in prison etc.) you’ll see it on your email updates, the account is closed, released back to you, and you are free to do what you want from there.

Sometimes, your debtor gets their attorney involved, and they drag out the collections process for months and months.

What we can say: we work as quickly as possible to get you a resolution (you get paid or account is closed) and we NEVER hold your accounts longer than necessary.

authorization/agreement Questions:

how does our agreement work?

No Collection, No Charge. If we don’t collect, you don’t owe us anything. Period. No upfront, hidden or ongoing fees - ever.

what else are we agreeing to?

Good question. The following:

  • you can NOT talk to the debtor while they are in collections (this is interference)

  • you can NOT change your mind and tell us to stop or pause (no pulling accounts)

  • you cannot ignore us when we have a reasonable request for additional information or a LOP (Letter of Position) ie your side of the story

  • if you get paid directly, you notify us right after and kindly send us our % as per the terms of our agreement

  • you did not previously settle the debt (meaning you told your debtor they don’t owe you anymore)

  • your debtor owes you money. Yes, it’s fine if it’s a partial amount owed, but if they paid you in full already, you cannot send them to collections

  • you do not have a collection agency or attorney currently going after this same debtor you want us to collect from

What if i want to fire you guys?

You simply never send us any more unpaid accounts ever again. We finish working the ones you already placed, and after that, we never speak again.

What if i want to renew our agreement?

No need to renew. Our agreement is simple: you send us unpaid accounts when you want us to collect them for you. There’s no renewals etc. needed. We keep it easy.

What if i need a lower rate for a bigger account?

This happens everyday. How this works is simple: email us saying “we want to place this account for collections however we need a better rate.” We reply by email with our best rate, you agree by email, and we start immediately.

We are VERY easy to work with and are here for the long-term. We don’t let a few % points interfere with our relationship.

What if we need to make amendments to the agreement?

If you are placing a batch of multiple unpaid accounts, then yes we are open to it within reason.

If you want to “test us out with 1 or 2 accounts” then no, the agreement stays as it is.

Kindly keep in mind tens of thousands of companies have had their legal council review this same agreement and are fine with the terms.

We are going out of pocket, investing our resources to get your company paid. Let’s keep the process simple and easy to get started together… and if down the line you want to make amendments, we’re much more open to it and will accommodate the best we can.

debtor Questions:

what’s the criteria of those you collect from?

  1. Must be a company who owes you (not a person/individual/homeowner)

  2. Must have some paperwork (unpaid invoices, contract, PO, work order etc). If all you have is emails or texts, we can’t help

  3. The company that owes you is based in a 1st world country (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe etc.)

  4. You are NOT currently in litigation; no one else is currently working on collecting this account; you did NOT already lose in court; you did NOT settle the debt with them already

  5. You must be owed at least $1,000 USD. If you have multiple unpaid accounts that are $500 USD or more, that can work.

  6. The debt is 2 years old or less. This means the last payment date or last invoice date was sometime in the last 24 months.

What kinds of situations can you help?

  1. Breach of contract. The other party ( a company) breached your terms you agreed to, and now owes you money

  2. You got a chargeback, and you already LOST the dispute with your payment processor

  3. A company owes you for a loan/financing arrangement

  4. A company agreed to pay you for X period of time and STOPPED before the end of the period you agreed to

  5. A client failed to return or damaged your equipment.

As long as the other party is a company, they owe you money, and you have paperwork to support your claim, we can probably help get you paid. It’s free to ask us and we only get paid when you get paid.

**ELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS FOR COLLECTIONS TO SEND**

  • unpaid accounts you ALREADY WROTE OFF

  • unpaid accounts you already sent to your collection agency or attorney and they could not recover for you

  • unpaid accounts no one is working on for you anymore, ones you forgot about up to 2 years back (since the last invoice or payment date)

The more of these unpaid accounts you send, the more money you make. Period.

What kinds of accounts can’t you work

If ANY of these following apply, then we can NOT help:

  • you are owed by a consumer (in other words, a person, individual, homeowner etc)

  • its currently in litigation; already being worked by a collection agency/attorney

  • you went to court already and LOST in court (that’s final and not eligible)

  • you already settled the debt with your debtor (agreed they didn’t owe you anymore)

  • you’re owed less than $1,000 USD

  • you have no supporting paperwork (all you have for proof is emails, texts, a handshake etc.)

  • Your debtor’s company is in a 2nd or 3rd world country
